Repair
One from the archives - DS many years ago.
Send for the AA if your vehicle needs repairing.
He is in fact the owner of a repair/service garage so all that practice paid off
Another very old one
The cushion says it all .... "In a cats eye, all things belong to a cats"
You can tell a lot from the swish of a cats tail
Key
I bought this card for Valentine's Day for DH a few years ago.

He loved it and asked for the same one each year, so it is recycled each February
When you see a lock ....
there must be a KEY, this one is found inside the envelope
An exhibition in the museum at Sheringham, Norfolk
Taken on a beach holiday 2017
I love your Valentine's card - how sweet to keep it going from year to year ... I wish we were more romantic ... Puss looks set to pounce there - the tail is a definite giveaway
ReplyDeleteAnd the best of luck with DHs op.

Lovely photos Julie & puss looks so elegant sitting on the chair. The Valentine day could have come under heart too, but the key inside the envelope was a surprise. Quite the story about your DS now having his own repair service, I liked that. All the best for DH's procedure. Take care & huggles.
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely photos. I'm in awe of the cat pillow, is that cross stitched by you? The card is beautiful, no wonder your husband wants it everywhere.
ReplyDeleteThe pillow was a gift and the design is woven into the fabric.
DeleteLove all the photos , the card is beautiful , have a lovely weekend .
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty Valentine's card, it looks really old not like the cards you get these days which are so plain and boring!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos, I like what you've come up with for each prompt. How lovely you have that photo of your son, funny that he now has his own repair garage. My amaryllis hasn't flowered yet, it has two buds but they don't look as big as they usually do so perhaps they'll only hold a couple of flowers this time too.
ReplyDeleteSeeing your Valentine's card brought back tender memories of my parents, Julie... they recycled the same anniversary cards to each other for many, many years. So cute. I enjoyed your photos today :)
ReplyDeleteGreat choice of photos, especially heart and tail. Key is wonderful too:)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photographs Julie
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the photos. Especially the one of your son! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely valentines card

Great photos for the prompts.
ReplyDeleteI love the card and the sentiment behind it.
I'm also impressed that your son's childhood toy led to his careeer!
Hi Julie. Just thinking of you today.
ReplyDeleteThank you Linda

ReplyDeleteAlways enjoy seeing the photos you post. Pretty Valentine`s card and lovely Amaryllis- No buds on mine yet.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, I hope things are still on track for DH's surgery!
ReplyDeleteAdorable one of your son, I hope he has that displayed at work?
Sweet kitty and fun to use Valentine card over and over.
Lovely photographs.
ReplyDeleteMy good wishes to you.
All the best Jan
